This was one of the most easiest experience I have had. They made me an offer and I accepted and I received a check and deposited it to my bank account .

3rd party towing... Wheelzy was amenable and very communicative through the whole process. Quick and efficient. The only hiccup along the way was the time window for our car to be picked up. Though selecting an 8am-12pm window, our car wasn't picked up until 4pm. I can't place "blame" on anyone as Wheelzy uses third party towers and doesn't control scheduling and the towing service happened to be slammed that day. They were kind and apologetic, but all that to say...I feel the pick up window is arbitrary OR the process could be refined more.
