Instructions on arrival and return Instructions on how to drop off vehicle and transport to airport were straightforward. Getting picked up on return a little less so on instructions on where to go, you had to call a number and listen to confusing instructions

No Customer Support, You Will Lose your Money Tried reaching out to them for a long term parking reservation at LGA. As noted by other reviews, the phone number from the app is a Marriott in GA. The parkobility site itself has a bug so you can't even submit your request on their contact us page and "due to a high volume of calls" they suggest leaving a voicemail which they do not respond to.

UPDATE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS TO CUSTOMER The first half of the parking went well - an email giving directions to the lot and how to proceed. However, retrieving the car? Nada by way of directions. Dealing with the rain while failing at every turn to navigate intuitively lead to hunting down help in the lobby. After bouncing around to a few people, one helpful employee shed light on the process - the need to buttonhole someone to verify your ID, reservation and validate your card. 45 min later, I was finally on my way home.
