Instructions on arrival and return Instructions on how to drop off vehicle and transport to airport were straightforward. Getting picked up on return a little less so on instructions on where to go, you had to call a number and listen to confusing instructions

UPDATE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS TO CUSTOMER The first half of the parking went well - an email giving directions to the lot and how to proceed. However, retrieving the car? Nada by way of directions. Dealing with the rain while failing at every turn to navigate intuitively lead to hunting down help in the lobby. After bouncing around to a few people, one helpful employee shed light on the process - the need to buttonhole someone to verify your ID, reservation and validate your card. 45 min later, I was finally on my way home. This is the first time we used this… This is the first time we used this parking. We were there at 5am and the van left at 5:15. We arrived back at LGA around 4:30pm and the van was there in less than 15 minutes. Maybe we were lucky with timing, but no complaint here. The Sheridan is further away from LGA than we are used to but again, no complaints here.
