Very satisfied! I tried to sign up with another parking service, and the whole experience was so frustrating and confusing that I just gave up. I'm so glad I tried parkobility. It was easy to arrange for an off-site airport parking spot and pay for it. I would highly recommend it.

Run away from this service Flew home from the trip from Hobbs, requested pickup, informed the desk person who I was, provided my phone number and even informed the desk person I was wearing the national NCAA championship team clothing. I stepped out into the pickup area, and of four vans that had arrived didn’t the hotel information I was looking, it had an advertisement on the passenger side. As it pulled away I finally noticed the driver’s was distinctly marked from the hotel as it was pulling away. Tried to wave the driver down without luck. Had to hire a taxi to get back to my parked car.

UPDATE YOUR INSTRUCTIONS TO CUSTOMER The first half of the parking went well - an email giving directions to the lot and how to proceed. However, retrieving the car? Nada by way of directions. Dealing with the rain while failing at every turn to navigate intuitively lead to hunting down help in the lobby. After bouncing around to a few people, one helpful employee shed light on the process - the need to buttonhole someone to verify your ID, reservation and validate your card. 45 min later, I was finally on my way home. No Customer Support, You Will Lose your Money Tried reaching out to them for a long term parking reservation at LGA. As noted by other reviews, the phone number from the app is a Marriott in GA. The parkobility site itself has a bug so you can't even submit your request on their contact us page and "due to a high volume of calls" they suggest leaving a voicemail which they do not respond to.

Not able to communicate with parkobility. Non responsive You cannot ever talk to anyone. I needed to extend my rental and was not able to do so bc not able to bet anyone on the phone and no email response. After trying several different ways to communicate with this company never got a response.
