Received a damaged plane Received a damaged plane. Tried to contact customer service via email and automated service but never got any response. I will never purchase anything else from Tower Hobbies again. Definitely not the same company from the 80s and 90s

Tower's System is awful I have spent many hours trying to buy RC aircraft. Their system would go on hold and not conclude the transaction. I recently ordered an RC sailplane. It arrived with a component problem [bad spar insert] after some hours on the computer, I got a replacement. When it arrived it had the exact same problem. Hours later I am told to return everything that there will be no more replacements. I felt like I was treated as some chiesler scamming them. I wanted to alert them that there was a problem and how many others would suffer the same experience.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, they lie, they are chronically our of stock on many items. I had an item on pre-order for 6 months and when it got released my order was never fulfilled even when I got subsequent messages saying the item was in stock and I should order now. I contacted their support who lied to me assuring they were going to fulfill the order and the warehouse was processing the shipment. Then a few days later I was told via email to cancel and re-order if I wanted it now that it's again on back order again.

If you shop (and I hope you don't) at Tower Hobbies, Do Not expect customer service if you need it. - They offer robot online chat. - Their customer support page responds that they are overwhelmed and provides you a useless case number. - Shipping is SLOOOOW - Tower Hobbies is NO MORE! I have two open cases with NO response from Tower Hobbies

5 stars but due to limits on product… 5 stars but due to limits on product stock/availablity vs other sites like ebay makes me want to give a 4... Service,shipping,pricing overall however makes it definitely worth while shopping here! Multiple time purchaser of tower hobbies. Payment plan options are really helpful for people on low budget that can only handle a montly single payment.
