5 stars but due to limits on product… 5 stars but due to limits on product stock/availablity vs other sites like ebay makes me want to give a 4... Service,shipping,pricing overall however makes it definitely worth while shopping here! Multiple time purchaser of tower hobbies. Payment plan options are really helpful for people on low budget that can only handle a montly single payment.

Horrible customer service that lies Horrible customer service that lies, and tries to just run around in circles. Payed for priority shipping, usps said 4 days delivery time after item shipped (priority is 1-3) ordered elsewhere same day and products will be here sooner with the same priority shipping from further away! Oh and the website looks like something out of the late 90s

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, they lie, they are chronically our of stock on many items. I had an item on pre-order for 6 months and when it got released my order was never fulfilled even when I got subsequent messages saying the item was in stock and I should order now. I contacted their support who lied to me assuring they were going to fulfill the order and the warehouse was processing the shipment. Then a few days later I was told via email to cancel and re-order if I wanted it now that it's again on back order again.

I bought a new plane that was dead on arrival I bought a new plane that was discounted because of cosmetic damage, it arrived with a dead electronics package. Tower hobbies advertised it as working, and now refuse to send either a replacement or even a new board for me to replace. False advertisement for sure.
