Service,shipping,pricing overall however makes it definitely worth while shopping here! Multiple time purchaser of tower hobbies. Payment plan options are really helpful for people on low budget that can only handle a montly single payment.

Don't try to purchase anything from Tower Don't try to purchase anything from Tower. They are not shipping anything, and customer service is also down. Note also that order cancellations are not allowed. They have a note that explains why. But it sounds like #%$* to me. It looks like they are going out of business and taking orders on stuff they don't have in stock.

I bought a new plane that was dead on arrival I bought a new plane that was discounted because of cosmetic damage, it arrived with a dead electronics package. Tower hobbies advertised it as working, and now refuse to send either a replacement or even a new board for me to replace. False advertisement for sure.

Don't expect to receive your purchase. A scam! About 90% of their planes are on backorder and they do not give you any updates. They put planes on sale knowing they cannot get them but still charge your credit card. Cannot speak to a live person! I want to cancel my order but cannot find any way to do so . I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. Nothing like the Tower used to be. I heard they are now part of Horizon Hobbies so I will not buy from them either.
