GBCustomer Service. Customer Service is really only shown when there are problems. My order had a problem. Customer service responded in a timely manner and fixed the problems. This kind of response shows a company that we all should patronize to keep around. They did a good job. This is in addition to having good pricing and quick shipping.

GBI returned an AV 30, lies, could be fraud involved I returned an AV 30. I was told the refund would be credited to my card, a week later, it wasn’t, was told I would get a check, a month later, still wasn’t. Sent me a picture of a check they said would be mailed to me that day, a month later, didn’t receive it. A week later, it was credited to my card. Beware! Very troubling.

GBCustomer service Customer service. Received my AvMap Ultra Efis timely. Serial number issue with unit. Left multiple voicemails with AllAvionics. No response. Left multiple emails about this. No response. Zero customer service. I will not do business with them again and based on my experience cannot recommend to others.

GBGood price on encoder and shipped… Good price on encoder and shipped quickly, but I didn’t receive microfiber cloths in same order and there has been no reply to multiple emails. I assume it’s not intentional, but they dropped the ball.
