Customer Service. Customer Service is really only shown when there are problems. My order had a problem. Customer service responded in a timely manner and fixed the problems. This kind of response shows a company that we all should patronize to keep around. They did a good job. This is in addition to having good pricing and quick shipping.

I returned an AV 30, lies, could be fraud involved I returned an AV 30. I was told the refund would be credited to my card, a week later, it wasn’t, was told I would get a check, a month later, still wasn’t. Sent me a picture of a check they said would be mailed to me that day, a month later, didn’t receive it. A week later, it was credited to my card. Beware! Very troubling.
