GBCustomer service Customer service. Received my AvMap Ultra Efis timely. Serial number issue with unit. Left multiple voicemails with AllAvionics. No response. Left multiple emails about this. No response. Zero customer service. I will not do business with them again and based on my experience cannot recommend to others.

GBI returned an AV 30, lies, could be fraud involved I returned an AV 30. I was told the refund would be credited to my card, a week later, it wasn’t, was told I would get a check, a month later, still wasn’t. Sent me a picture of a check they said would be mailed to me that day, a month later, didn’t receive it. A week later, it was credited to my card. Beware! Very troubling.

GBAll parts eventually arrived Parts showed up and were as described but the most expensive part of the shipment was several days late and required me prompting the business 3 times. Would’ve been 5 stars if I didn’t have to wonder what was going on with my order. In the end they ate the cost of next day shipping so kudos for that, just shouldn’t have been necessary.
