GBReally impressed with the customer service Quick and easy from initial contact and fixed in 24 hours. You couldn't ask for more. The downstairs toilet wasn't quite right. Checked the drain, obvious blockage. Tried my drain rods but the problem was much further down (a few houses) so, reported online initially. Then called because I'd reported the wrong issues. They told me they would call back with an update in 24 hours. 4 hours later I get a call saying an engineer will be out by 1300hrs the next day (now 1700hrs on a Friday afternoon). By 1100hrs the next morning the engineer had been and cleared the issue. Top service!

GBSo understanding when many companies are not. I had a complicated situation to resolve and I really needed sensitivity. The operator I spoke to was Julie and she was so helpful and understanding. She made the process so painless and I have had a day of a tiny few making it unpleasant but, not Julie at Anglian Water. What might you change? Make the phone number more obvious on the website.

GBWater leakage was discovered and nearly… Water leakage was discovered and nearly 700 pounds refund was calculated by a consultant as a legal leakage allowance...But it needed to be approved supervisor. It ended up 160 even that is less than even one single payment excess. 3 different phone calls t n avail. They brag about allowance but will find excuses not t give it.

GBjobsworths... A really poor experience when attempting to log outgoing and incoming tenants and wanting the meter readings for the void period. The lady was more concerned with being a jobsworth as opposing to being helpful, perhaps explaining why the collective feedback here for anglia water is abysmal.
