Why are Anglian Water paying to… Why are Anglian Water paying to advertise on TV when we can't choose water company. They should be spending that money on fixing the rivers of thier pollution.

Water leakage was discovered and nearly… Water leakage was discovered and nearly 700 pounds refund was calculated by a consultant as a legal leakage allowance...But it needed to be approved supervisor. It ended up 160 even that is less than even one single payment excess. 3 different phone calls t n avail. They brag about allowance but will find excuses not t give it.

Shame of you. Ref 63693632 Ref 63693632 Poor response and communication. Engineer due at 8 a.m arrives at 9 a.m. He was due to indentify the problem but instead just handed me an envelope containing information about leaks. They give you 30 days to fix leaks before legal action yet the can’t manage their own leakage crisis along with pumping litres of human excrement in to our rivers and seas. Shame on you

Awful service level Anglian Water reference number 25591979 Reported problem with sewer overflowing yesterday. Promised response..2nd May..that’s right 2nd May ! Tried to escalate..sorry can’t help but will call you back in 24 hours. Today the kitchen sink is backing up. My wife and I are 77 and 80 years old respectively. This is a disgraceful service level in anyone’s opinion. We have just received a price increase. How can a company delivering this kind of service continue ? It’s an absolute disgrace.

Really impressed with the customer service Quick and easy from initial contact and fixed in 24 hours. You couldn't ask for more. The downstairs toilet wasn't quite right. Checked the drain, obvious blockage. Tried my drain rods but the problem was much further down (a few houses) so, reported online initially. Then called because I'd reported the wrong issues. They told me they would call back with an update in 24 hours. 4 hours later I get a call saying an engineer will be out by 1300hrs the next day (now 1700hrs on a Friday afternoon). By 1100hrs the next morning the engineer had been and cleared the issue. Top service!
