GBMy Home Burned, and Octopus Stepped Up To Make Sure I Was Okay. I haven’t had a bad experience with Octopus since I started using them. Every phone call, email, and chat has been very positive. I am writing this review because my home burned down, and Octopus has been nothing but kind and helpful. They weren’t worried at all about the loss of revenue, and wanted to make sure I was okay and safe. I am so grateful. Lizzeth communicated with me through email after my call to make sure that I was okay, and that they had sent me an incredibly generous gift card to pay for groceries. I am beyond grateful. They have a loyal customer in me for when I do have a home again.

GBMs Clarissa was most patience and very… Ms Clarissa was most patience and very helpfull with all of my questions and was always very polite even though sometimes I kept repeating my self if I did not understand her explanations but she was great in explaining it was on my side that I was not understanding ther terminologies of usage for the Kws or how every you say it...she was just as calm and so so helpful...I had to write something about her becase again I can keep repeating it she was awesome...My name is Olga Hinojosa..thank you for having such a great employee to attend your clients.
