Happy Customer. Product direction were ok but not great. Had to watch some videos to learn how the equipment works and sets up. I am a first timer and able to handle and installing equipment. All the equipment works as intended and seems to be good quality. I would buy again and it system seems to working as intended. Blue Tooth app and usage a real plus to system.

So far the products are fine except… So far the products are fine except nuts, bolts and washers were missing from the boxes of hardware that came with the installation kits. All we asked for was one small bag to finish the job. The contact was cordial enough, but they wanted pictures to prove...I'm not sure what. We had to go buy the extra parts that we needed. We have just started using the generator and solar panels. So for they are working well.

Resolved problem with one email. Their items are complex and usually require additional information so I used their email process. They responded within a day or two with an immediate solution. Shipped the no-charge replacement part and the problem was resolved in a reasonable time. Third time I have worked with customer service, every issue resolved, it just won't happen overnight.
