After the sales they continued to support me with answers and help. I had a warranty issue with a unit, and it was handled as good as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.

excellent customer service I ordered a kit with a 12 volt inverter and realized after I ordered that the kit would be significantly improved using a 24 volt inverter. No problem. The company worked out an exchange directly with the importer and exchanged the 12 volt machine with no additional cost to me at all. Above and beyond in my opinion. Great job.

At first I was skeptical but no more. At first ? I had funny feeling But after a long conversation about my Solar panels and my new ecflow ultra Your service tech explained every thing I needed to know how many volts to high And low pv Amp and voltage...that was Very helpful and used solar panels are the best 2.5 kilowatts now battery charged same time use free energy for Every thing in ecoflow home box control This is good thanks.. Ps all panels worked no damage... Well now I need one more only to put With my low pv side lol

Good customer service I had to contact customer service after I needed some help on expanding the system I bought previously. They were very helpful and went to a great length to accomodate me. I would have given 5 stars, except for the chatfunction on the site. If you need help, use the phonenumber! The chatfunction only collects contact info and then ends the chat, so don't bother with that.
