Box had no damage but corner of controller was dented. SSK offered an acceptable partial refund. The damage did not affect operation at all. Any installation questions answered quickly. Off grid power… I like that you can order a whole kit or by the piece. They even suggest a kit with everything you need per your application. Solar panels, wiring, batteries and all in one charger/inverter which is installed in my 8x8 tool shed. Works great!
