I was searching around for an inverter… and found your company I was searching around for an inverter for off grid use, and watched a video about the GR4 6000 XP narrated by Will Prouse and stumbled upon your company. What a find ! You folks have been wonderful guiding me through the ins and outs of using the 6000 XP. And your tec guys Rod and Nelson are the absolute best about explaining all the different aspects and even the Li Fe PO4 battery reset every 6 months with an individual charge top off to keep them in top condition in a battery bank set up. Quick and easy ordering process Quick and easy ordering process. Had a small issue with a cosmetic defect on the charge controller. Looked as if it was dropped from the supplier. Box had no damage but corner of controller was dented. SSK offered an acceptable partial refund. The damage did not affect operation at all. Any installation questions answered quickly. Would and will use SSK in the future.

Excellent experience with Shop Solar. My experience with Shop Solar has been excellent. Before the sales, they answered all my questions to assure that I got want I needed. After the sales they continued to support me with answers and help. I had a warranty issue with a unit, and it was handled as good as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking to go solar.
