Dear UnFairScam, Dear UnFairScam, I have been gone through the painful process of your refund procedure and poor customer support. I am glad that I received the refund AFTER 2 YEARS and lessons learnt that no more ticket booking through such low grade, poor support companies. Even if I have to pay an extra cost going forward, I'll book a ticket from well-known companies like Expedia.

If I could give them less than a star… If I could give them less than a star I would had do it, SCAM!! I’m waiting for a refund and they keep telling lies about that the refund is coming and bla bla bla… don’t book with this company. They always trying to steal money from you like they start sayin that if you book with them You need To pay an extra for the lagguage when it’s not true , or they say that your flight is booked but you actually didn’t receive any tickets … STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Hello everyone, I left a review earlier in regards to getting the run around from farescan about my refund and etc I got the long awaited call back from the supervisor or someone, and I was promised I will recieve my refund very soon. Glory be to God, I finally recieved my refund this morning.

Got refund in 2 days (via bank dispute)… Soo they were not refunding my money to me and making excuses. I was not having it and did the following: Called my bank (the one who issued my credit card) and asked them to file a "dispute" against this company. Within 2 days of filing the dispute I got all the money back. I guess filing a dispute is the best way to get your money back from exploretrip/farescan!! Please file a dispute ASAP with your bank or else you will never get your refund!!

Should be called FareScam Similar to other reviews, I called 12h before check-in wondering why my flight was not listed. The attendant told me the flight was cancelled (I had not been informed by Farescan). Farescan refused a full refund and since I needed to fly on that particular date, I was left footing the bill for a last minute flight. Stay away from this company.
