Dishonest Dishonest. They will use every tactic to delay your refund, and value your payout as less as possible. My flight has been cancelled by Icelandair a year ago but I did not receive any email notification or any information from Farescan. Dreadful. Communications a total nightmare. Multiple layers and hellish bureaucracy. The customer service is very very indifferent, aloof and bordering on rude. Please avoid.

They DO NOT refund money even after the… They DO NOT refund money even after the airlines have refunded them the money for a flight cancelled by the airlines. They deduct money inspite of airlines giving full refund!! CAL has refunded full amount of ticket in January, now it is end of June still no refund by faresacan. I have talked with customer reps Collins; Alex; Johnson; Hasan who have not yet connected me to a supervisor. Will never buy thru them !!

Complete scammers Complete scammers, when tried to contact them for seating, food preference etc. they automatically charged without consent and then argued continuously, then they said they refunded (hard to believe). The site then used their own email (jamieexploretrip.com) to manage booking on airindia site. I have screenshots of everything and conversations. I promise this will now go to better business bureau and get these scammers. Airindia cannot even find PNR booking on their systems.

POOR Well, This is very disgusting to see their rates totally different on website and on customer service end. I have to postpone my ticket and asked them to rebook my flight to certain date which I can see low fare on website they aren't booking flight though I have add-ons. I would give less than one star if it exists. Poor service more charges. Worst experience ever.

Hello everyone, I left a review earlier in regards to getting the run around from farescan about my refund and etc I got the long awaited call back from the supervisor or someone, and I was promised I will recieve my refund very soon. Glory be to God, I finally recieved my refund this morning.
