GBThey SCAM!!! DON'T book with them. They SCAM! They have different rates quoted online vs by a live agent. No transparency! DON'T book with Fare Scan. They charge a much higher price if you are trying to re-book a ticket vs buying a new ticket. NOT fare difference but much higher rate than that. Absolute cheating!!

GBTHEY LIE!!! I have been mislead by the agents' responses and advice over the course of the past 2 years and have been waiting for a refund, despite approval for months. Each agent provides a different response and makes empty promises (Of course on inquiry, they all say "nothing is ever guaranteed). NO effort made to communicate with the airlines, even though it's their job. Most of the time agents are simply rude.

CAShould be called FareScam Similar to other reviews, I called 12h before check-in wondering why my flight was not listed. The attendant told me the flight was cancelled (I had not been informed by Farescan). Farescan refused a full refund and since I needed to fly on that particular date, I was left footing the bill for a last minute flight. Stay away from this company.

GBComplete scammers Complete scammers, when tried to contact them for seating, food preference etc. they automatically charged without consent and then argued continuously, then they said they refunded (hard to believe). The site then used their own email (jamieexploretrip.com) to manage booking on airindia site. I have screenshots of everything and conversations. I promise this will now go to better business bureau and get these scammers. Airindia cannot even find PNR booking on their systems.

GBScammers, Avoid! I do not know how websites like Kayak show their link. These people should be prosecuted for fraud. Bought the ticket and got a confirmation email advising that the e-ticket will follow shortly. 12 hours later, tickets are not sent and the customer service says to wait for 2 hours and 2 hours later another two hours. Finally says the ticket has been voided. By who? Why you are in the business if you cannot sell tickets at the price you offered? How about telling customers as soon as possible if you did not have the capacity to honor the commitment so that customers can buy elsewhere?
