GBDishonest Dishonest. They will use every tactic to delay your refund, and value your payout as less as possible. My flight has been cancelled by Icelandair a year ago but I did not receive any email notification or any information from Farescan. Dreadful. Communications a total nightmare. Multiple layers and hellish bureaucracy. The customer service is very very indifferent, aloof and bordering on rude. Please avoid.

GBI formally report this scam I formally report this scam, fraudulent agency to the FTC Bureau consumer protection department. This is completely scam located in India. DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS AGENCY. They unauthorized charge my credit card after charging the amount I paid for tickets. They keep your information and use it without your consent. I disputed the amount charge without consent and they acted responsible making me think they didn’t know about it. Kayak needs to kick them off their system as well. I should have look for reviews prior to use them. #kayak

GBThese guys are scammers These guys are scammers. They charge excessive fees to change or cancel tickets, 100-300$ per passenger. I booked 3 tickets from them, and when I wanted to change, the changing fee charges were 60% of the ticket and then an additional difference in the rate. Also, somehow they lock the reservations so that you can't directly change the tickets with the airline. You have to pay them to make any changes, like extortion. Normally with other travel websites, they mediate to get you the tickets, but after the purchase, the tickets are yours to change or cancel.

GBWorest experience with farescan Worest experience choosing this company.Each time you call, you get different answers about how to deal with the tickets cancelled by Covid-19.After 4-5 times call them, They agreed to refund, but claim $200 fee for cancellations per ticket even though this was cancelled due to Covid-19.FARESCAN is a dishonest company.

GBDear UnFairScam, Dear UnFairScam, I have been gone through the painful process of your refund procedure and poor customer support. I am glad that I received the refund AFTER 2 YEARS and lessons learnt that no more ticket booking through such low grade, poor support companies. Even if I have to pay an extra cost going forward, I'll book a ticket from well-known companies like Expedia.
