Extremely Horrible! Extremely horrible experience we had also with this site. We booked for a flight for this coming 20th August, from Heathrow to Kuwait for two people, rapidly amount was deducted from our Credit Card with no ticket issued. This site should not exist as numerous have been victimized. No one answers the phone, for so many times we have dialed their 24/7 call center, no one cares to answer. We need our money back!!!

I had purchased the ticket with… I had purchased the ticket with AeroBilet and my return connecting flight timing is changed and I have not been notified. There is a mismatch schedule my first flight arriving lately one hour later than my connecting flight? How come such a big mistake is possible? My PNR number is LIXOUD kindly help.

I’m trying to reach anyone in Aerobilet… I’m trying to reach anyone in Aerobilet since Tuesday 30/7/2019, 5 emails have been sent, 10 international call and no one pickup, 5 messages through website with no feedback, thousands of Msgs on Facebook and whats and still no feedback. What shall I do else!?!?!? Shall I book another ticket rather than waiting for someone to say HI I did not face such an issue during my life. 6 days with no feedback even by one message. My ticket is date after 3 days and Im trying to reach anyone since 6 days ago!!!! May be you will reply next year...

Change of Ticket Last week I was sucessful in changing my ticket but after hundreds of emails, messages and experiencing the fear of losing my money. Now I again I am in a stressful situation and fear the loss of $600. I want to change the date of my flight which is scheduled tomorrow night to 2 Sep 2019 but no one is replying. Their customer service is nil and I have mailed them hundred time but no response. My pnr is HBJCSY, Aerobilet please contact me so that my hard earned money doesnt gets wasted. PLEASE issue my ticket My flight to london is scheduled this coming Aug. 19 to 26 and I booked thru Aerobilet 12 hours ago but until now no response and no booking was made. The amount was already deducted to my account. I call Etihad airlines to verify if there is a booking under my name but until now no booking reservation. PLEASE act and give attention to my complaint, I cannot afford again to spend for another flight ticket. Hoping to hear positive feedback from your side. I really need to get this reservation.
