Extremely Horrible! Extremely horrible experience we had also with this site. We booked for a flight for this coming 20th August, from Heathrow to Kuwait for two people, rapidly amount was deducted from our Credit Card with no ticket issued. This site should not exist as numerous have been victimized. No one answers the phone, for so many times we have dialed their 24/7 call center, no one cares to answer. We need our money back!!!

Change of Ticket Last week I was sucessful in changing my ticket but after hundreds of emails, messages and experiencing the fear of losing my money. Now I again I am in a stressful situation and fear the loss of $600. I want to change the date of my flight which is scheduled tomorrow night to 2 Sep 2019 but no one is replying. Worst service ever Worst service ever. Haven't received my Jet Airways refund 40 thousand Indian Rupee yet. Its more than 7 months. Taking legal action soon i have booked my flight in February 2019 for 6th June 2019. Canceled my ticket on 3rd April due to closing of Jet Airways.. But still haven't received my refund of 40000Rs.. Whenever I mail Aerobilet they have their standard reply that they haven't got any message from Jet airways. When they will vet message. They will let us know. But my question is when I have done bookings from aerobilet its their responsibility to give the refund.
