Extremely horrible experience we had… Extremely horrible experience we had also with this site. We booked for a flight for this coming 20th August, from Jeddah to Mumbai for one person, rapidly amount was deducted from our Master Card with no ticket issued. This site should not exist as numerous have been victimized. No one answers the phone, for so many times we have dialed their 24/7 call center also emailed the transaction details multiple times from my Gmail (denesh1890), no one cares to answer. We need our money back!!!

There is a mismatch schedule my first flight arriving lately one hour later than my connecting flight? How come such a big mistake is possible? My PNR number is LIXOUD kindly help.

PLEASE issue my ticket My flight to london is scheduled this coming Aug. 19 to 26 and I booked thru Aerobilet 12 hours ago but until now no response and no booking was made. The amount was already deducted to my account. I call Etihad airlines to verify if there is a booking under my name but until now no booking reservation. PLEASE act and give attention to my complaint, I cannot afford again to spend for another flight ticket. Hoping to hear positive feedback from your side. I really need to get this reservation.

REFUND REFUND we had made a booking for travel and realized that the dates were incorrect and we contacted aerobilet using all possible means...have to say that it took a few calls to get thru to a agent to request for a refund...the agent Erdem Akkaya was quick to resolve our issue and arranged for the refund with minimum questions ..we only paid for a nominal cancellation fee which was informed to us for accepting by Erdem Thank you Erdem and Aerobilet
