WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Worst experience ever! Calling and emailing Aerobilet offices worldwide as well as support, no any response during two weeks! My flight is tomorrow and I can’t go, so I am simply going to lose USD 600 due to extraordinary poor service of Aerobilet! This is ridiculous! I contacted even their Facebook, but absolute silence. No refund! No change! No any email! And tomorrow instead of working in business hours I am going to call Aerobilet offices worldwide again with hope that on the day of my flight I will reach them afterwards...PNR: ZERCSW

Do not book with these fraudsters!! I’ve had the worst experience possible with Aerobilet. Our flight was changed but Aerobilet did not update the ticket number and because of this, when we arrived at the airport we were unable to check in. We tried tirelessly to get in touch with aerobilet prior to our departure, but no response. We ended up having to buy new tickets. I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.

I have booked a ticket 3hrs ago I have booked a ticket 3hrs ago. I am sure that i typed my sister's surname correctly and when you sent the ticket, surname is wrong. I emailed you immediately and told you to change it and your customer service said you cannot guarantee if the airline accept my booking. Then ive read a review exactly the same as what ive encountered. Please refund my booking, this is an hard earned money and dont fool people.

Worst service ever Worst service ever. Haven't received my Jet Airways refund 40 thousand Indian Rupee yet. Its more than 7 months. Taking legal action soon i have booked my flight in February 2019 for 6th June 2019. Canceled my ticket on 3rd April due to closing of Jet Airways.. But still haven't received my refund of 40000Rs.. Whenever I mail Aerobilet they have their standard reply that they haven't got any message from Jet airways. When they will vet message. They will let us know. But my question is when I have done bookings from aerobilet its their responsibility to give the refund.

Extremely Horrible! Extremely horrible experience we had also with this site. We booked for a flight for this coming 20th August, from Heathrow to Kuwait for two people, rapidly amount was deducted from our Credit Card with no ticket issued. This site should not exist as numerous have been victimized. No one answers the phone, for so many times we have dialed their 24/7 call center, no one cares to answer. We need our money back!!!
