Change of Ticket Last week I was sucessful in changing my ticket but after hundreds of emails, messages and experiencing the fear of losing my money. Now I again I am in a stressful situation and fear the loss of $600. I want to change the date of my flight which is scheduled tomorrow night to 2 Sep 2019 but no one is replying. Their customer service is nil and I have mailed them hundred time but no response. My pnr is HBJCSY, Aerobilet please contact me so that my hard earned money doesnt gets wasted. Please send me the available flights on 2 sep 2019 from Khi to Paris.

I have booked a ticket 3hrs ago I have booked a ticket 3hrs ago. I am sure that i typed my sister's surname correctly and when you sent the ticket, surname is wrong. I emailed you immediately and told you to change it and your customer service said you cannot guarantee if the airline accept my booking. Then ive read a review exactly the same as what ive encountered. Please refund my booking, this is an hard earned money and dont fool people.

Worst Painful Experience My advice for you if you understand Simple English. Never use Aerobilet App or their Services in general. I had a painful experience! If I have enough time to go through it! Will update this review. My default feedback for any Service regardless of any issue, I usually give the best feedback. This one is exception to the rule in a disappointing negative way. I thank God that I can write this review for those who think about using their services to be aware! There are much better providers in the market. Better consider using another platform.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Worst experience ever! Calling and emailing Aerobilet offices worldwide as well as support, no any response during two weeks! My flight is tomorrow and I can’t go, so I am simply going to lose USD 600 due to extraordinary poor service of Aerobilet! This is ridiculous! I contacted even their Facebook, but absolute silence. No refund! No change! No any email! I had purchased the ticket with… I had purchased the ticket with AeroBilet and my return connecting flight timing is changed and I have not been notified. There is a mismatch schedule my first flight arriving lately one hour later than my connecting flight? How come such a big mistake is possible? My PNR number is LIXOUD kindly help.
