Micheal Williams / Spelling counts Micheal Williams helped us to book a trip for our wives, trying to do everything in secrete was made easy by Micheal. Even after Micheal asked us if everything was correct including spelling on our confirmation, we missed two transposed letters, Micheal went above and beyond getting new tickets out to us with the proper spelling. All without spilling the beans. Thank you Micheal.

I got exactly what I was looking for to… I got exactly what I was looking for to book my flight. Thanks to my customer service travel expert, he was able to find me a good deal on airline airfare. He was also very polite the whole time during our phone conversation to book my flight and I’m very happy and very pleased with the itinerary and flight details I received for my trip. My questions about the flight he booked for me were also answered clearly. I gave this review a 5 star rating because the customer service agent who helped me book a flight exceeded my expectations.

SCAM No option to give 0 stars No option to give 0 stars. This is a scam company. I booked my flight for 2 and had to cancel due to covid diagnosis. I was told I had to pay 250$(which I did) in addition to my fare to cancel this reservation. They refused to refund me. I had one year to use my future credit. I rebooked one of the 2 reservations and had to pay an additional 150$. To no avail I cannot reach company no response to my emails and the phone message says " vacant number" I have called daily and to no avail to get my money back. Greater than 500$. I was harassed and called back on several occasion when booking my initial flight when I told the agent "Ted",the flight was too expensive, and I could book on google. Obviously from India by accent if I had to guess. It is the preverbal bait and switch. Do not use this company at all costs... and trust me, it will cost you! This is the number the email stated to call to use future credit.855-222-7164. Buyer Beware. Multiple emails later and still no response. Hard lesson learned in Medford Oregon. Book through Airline directly. During hard times I tried to save a $ and ended up spending $$$$ more than I had.
