DKBad service !!! Got an e-mail from Lufthansa on the 19th of march, where they told med I was entitled to a refund of 750 euros, because of our flights were cancelled. They asked for my bank account information which I gave them the same day. Since that I havent received the Money. They wont answer my e-mails and when I contact Lufthansa by phone they just tell me that they Will reply within 48 hours. I have tried several times now and they havent returned to me once.

NLWORST customer service, Delayed/lost baggages All my luggage Check in and Cabin bags for family of 4, were left behind in Munich 10 days ago, and till date i have no clue when i am going to get my bags back. There is literally no way to get the information, online tracking hasnt been updated in weeks. WORST Customer Service experience.

DKFlight was fine, but baggage handling was horrible The flight itself was fine and on time. However, our baggage did not get transferred to our transfer flight and was therefore delayed by a day. The delay at the destination caused an extra fee for our taxi, which Lufthansa refuses to compensate. Additionally, my watch was stolen from my checked in baggage while in Lufthansa’s care. Because I wanted to make sure I just did not forget to bring it, it apparently took a day too long to report it, so they again do not take responsibility and provide no compensation. I will do my best to avoid this airline again, especially if I plan to bring checked in baggage.

DEIt's incredible that even though it's… It's incredible that even though it's one of the most expensive airlines, it has such poor customer service and a website full of errors. Two years ago, they canceled a flight on me, and I'm still trying to redeem the voucher they gave me. I've called hundreds of times, and after hours of calls, they never tell me how to do something that theoretically is simple, which is redeeming the voucher for the penalty. Another issue is the website; it doesn't load infant names properly, and when edited, it deletes the contact details. Then, it also keeps adding contact details unnecessarily. It's not difficult to make a decent website, please!

DKWe didn’t reach our connecting flight… We didn’t reach our connecting flight because of delays and afterwards we had an agreement with Lufthansa about the refund, but they only returned half the amount they had promised. They just stopped replying. Bad customer service!
