Returnflight cancelled without info without compensation LH cancelled our returnflight and didn't inform us thereof. We had to discover at the airport. They now refer to a subcontractor (Air Dolomiti) with whom we have no contractual link, so not a cent recovered yet from the 1000 EUR costs we had to make to get home with our 2 kids.

Extremely shady business practices Extremely shady business practices. Poor customer service and poor communication. No link between different contact methods. Not adhering to European rules on compensation in case of flight cancellations. Would never fly again.

Rude flight attendants on the plane Rude flight attendants on the plane. Food was terrible and very unhealthy. Lots of sugar. Luggage was delayed. 1 of 3 suitcases was delivered to us after 4 days. 2 suitcases was never delivered to us, but returned to our home. So called customer service desk was terrible and no help. They were also rude. Never flying with Lufthansa again.

It's incredible that even though it's… It's incredible that even though it's one of the most expensive airlines, it has such poor customer service and a website full of errors. Two years ago, they canceled a flight on me, and I'm still trying to redeem the voucher they gave me. I've called hundreds of times, and after hours of calls, they never tell me how to do something that theoretically is simple, which is redeeming the voucher for the penalty. Another issue is the website; it doesn't load infant names properly, and when edited, it deletes the contact details. Then, it also keeps adding contact details unnecessarily. It's not difficult to make a decent website, please!

Lufthansa ruins skiing trip Lufthansa does not allow booking sport luggage until the ticket is purchased. As result you can lose money and be forced to buy another ticket, because "they dont have space" for skis and your only purpose of the trip is skiing. The ticket bought 3 months before the trip and request for skis was submitted immediately.
