GBI worked with Andrew Pierce I worked with Andrew Pierce. He was terrific, ensuring we got business class to Australia at a good price. But more than that; much more. You see, we were on a cruise in 2021. The cruise was postponed by a year cause of Covid restrictions in Aus/New Zealand AND our itinerary was changed. Instead of starting in Auckland, NZ, we STARTED THE CRUISE IN SYDNEY. Therefore, not only did our flights in 2021 have to be changed to 2022, but the destination had to be changed from Auckland to Sydney. A real mess. Andrew took it calmly, and changed the whole travel with only minor penalties. We flew Business Class from Raleigh to Sydney with no problems. AND WE FLEW OUT ON DEC. 22nd, the day of the great U.S. cold snap. Chicago, our first gateway, was -20 Farenheit!! But... no problems. Andrew was great and calm throughout. Almost always available. No 1-hour hold music. No hassles, good, flights, good price. 5-star service. Thank you, Andrew!

GBI previously left a bad review on BBB… I previously left a bad review on BBB and someone from the company reached out and said they didn't have any information about my trip and requested that I send a copy of my ticket numbers and flight conformation numbers. I sent the information and received no response back. I sent a follow up email and still no response. Now even the agent that booked the flight for me wont respond to my emails.

GBI had never heard of DeluxeFlights… I had never heard of DeluxeFlights before, but an ad popped up, and I called Wilfred Reed there to inquire about their tickets from NYC to Munich. Wilfred offered exceptional service, even waiting while I had to take another business call. I was sceptical about the company as to whether it was reliable and not a scam, since their prices are so much cheaper than other offers. Wilfred patiently explained their business model and after doing some background checking, I was convinced that I could fly business class reliably with DeluxeFlights. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service that Wilfred Reed offered. After returning, I will write another report about my entire experience.

CHAVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Had used Deluxe a few times with no problem. However, recently my daughter flew and on her return, her flight was blocked and Deluxe was no help. Norman told us we could get a $1000 refund or fly another day. She had a dog with her, no place to stay or transportation and would have to have a covid test to fly a later day. We booked her original flight, costing us thousands. Deluxe was unable to book the same flight we did and said they would refund the $1000. Long story short, they refunded $693 and gave a $300 credit for a future flight. Avoid this company or take a chance you will be blocked. They used someone's point and they got refunded, we got screwed. Horrible company!

GBSmooth pleasant experience We booked air tickets with Sean from DeluxeFlights 3 times already. It was a smooth experience. Our tickets were confirmed by the airline within 1 hour after payment, I was able to check in and verify my trip online through airlines website (United). No problems. We hope to travel more in the future. Jyoti
