Skylux Travels Superior Service Bart G. from Skylux travels went over and above. He made great efforts to help us get international flights suited to our budget and time. When we had to cancel due to an illness, he fought for us to get refunds even though the flights were unrefundable. I highly recommend Skylux Travels and Bart G.

Today is November 17th and still no… Today is November 17th and still no refund. This is fraud company please do not use them. IF THEY CAN TREAT A REGULAR CUSTOMER LIKE ME IN THIS MANNER , I WONDER HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Had used Deluxe a few times with no problem. However, recently my daughter flew and on her return, her flight was blocked and Deluxe was no help. Norman told us we could get a $1000 refund or fly another day. She had a dog with her, no place to stay or transportation and would have to have a covid test to fly a later day. We booked her original flight, costing us thousands. Deluxe was unable to book the same flight we did and said they would refund the $1000. Long story short, they refunded $693 and gave a $300 credit for a future flight. Avoid this company or take a chance you will be blocked. They used someone's point and they got refunded, we got screwed. Horrible company!

Smooth pleasant experience We booked air tickets with Sean from DeluxeFlights 3 times already. It was a smooth experience. Our tickets were confirmed by the airline within 1 hour after payment, I was able to check in and verify my trip online through airlines website (United). No problems.
