GBStuck in London lost passport… Stuck in London my passport maybe locked in a closed cafe and London BA offices closed for the night. Called BA in San Francisco and fell into the hands of Nicholas. After four hours on the phone Nicholas calmed me down issued a new ticket. Cafe opened found my passport and was even seated with my partner. Never would have happened without Nicholas’ skill and patience. Thank you, Nicholas

GBI have no words to express the great… I have no words to express the great and efficient service I received from your agent Rebecca. She’s extremely professional and accurate and above all very kind. She’s there to help every single individual with their travel needs. I wish you have more personal like your agent Rebecca. In fact that I was so pleased with the service, I am planning from now on all my flight plans with her. Thank you kindly Carlos J Carbonell.

INI missed my return flight to Las Vegas I missed my return flight to Las Vegas, i tried to confirm it at the airport but no one helped me, so i looked up online airline help desk and dialed a number somehow i was get connected with First fly travel. I ask the agent to find next available option for me. He just went ahead and found a very decent flight timing with a reasonable price where other agents were asking more then 5k. Overall its an amazing experience with First Fly Travel. I really recommend there service. Thank you again for saving my day!!!

GBTHIS COMPANY IS STILL SCAMMING PEOPLE and should be blacklisted and held to account by airlines and credit card companies Whilst in the USA and 2 days before flying back to the UK, I became hospitalised due to a respiratory virus. Whilst in hospital on oxygen and a drip, I telephoned a BA number to cancel my return flight. The recipient at the end of the line confirmed they were BA. After being told the return ticket could not be refunded/transferred I was then reluctantly persuaded to pay for a return ticket in 6 days time despite saying that I could not guarantee that I would be fit to fly by that date. The response was that this ticket would give some credit against my cancelled ticket and was flexible. These tickets where never validated by BA and by this time I became suspicious of the BA contact in USA. It was only after I got back to the UK that it became clear from my AMEX credit card statement that payment had been made to First Fly Travel and not BA. A copy of the credit card authorisation sheet given to AMEX had been fudged as if it had come from BA by showing the BA logo but used an out of date address for the Las Vegas airport and an incorrect signature. I have since made a possible fraud case through BA and they advised that no transactions had been received from First Fly Travel in respect of the booking references they had used. It seems First Fly Travel has pocketed all the money paid for the ticket (some £4000 odd)?
