GBVery helpful customer service I wound up using this service via ITA Airlines. I needed to change my ITA flight and their number came up. The employee that helped me, Shine, was like a booking angel. Her customer service was superb. She was helpful, sweet to work with and an excellent problem solver. They offer better customer service than airlines and I would use them again.

She took the time to completely redo do my reservation so I could fly into Fresno. She was wonderful, so caring and efficient. I love her.
