CAAngel or agent My familly was faced with the shocking news of a war breaking out in Israel. Having spoken to my son which was studying abroad, he expressed his fear and desire to return home. As he just turned 18, and was was never exposed to such horror, we tried everything to make this happen. Trying all types of routes to get a flight... none were possible. On Oct 8th, we got though ElAl consolidation number and spoke with an Angel, her name was Susan. With reassurance, kindness, patience she managed to find the most reasonable flight back. While faced with incessant questions and back and forth she stayed very patient and was available to answer every one of our concerns. She even check up throughout his journey. I was lucky to have fallen with such an amazing agent.

GBBE VERY CAREFUL. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WAS COMMUNICATING WITH ALASKA AIRLINES. OUR FLIGHT WAS MISSED. I WAS MISLED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. I WAS CHARGED 1692.42 SERVICE CHARGE ( OR SOMETHING, I COULD NOT GET AN EXPLANATION. ) IN ADDITION TO THE COST OF THE TICKETS. PLEASE CONSUMERS, BE CAREFUL.

CATerrible Experience Total Scammers They pretended to be KLM Airlines and ripped me off for $1,600.00 telling me that they were going to refund the $7,300 I spent on return airline tickets, after they received my money the women named Jayde sent me a text and said that they could not refund my money for the tickets because I didn’t have a refundable ticket ? What was she talking about, why would I have tried to get my money back from her if I had bought a refundable ticket ? If something doesn’t make sense, stop and think before giving them money. They are total scammers, don’t be fooled.
