Best taxi for the elderly I am a 66 year old lady living in Tampa. I have been using Taxi Tampa for over 3 years. The hands on service I receive is out of this world. I often need things at odd hours and they are always there on time. I must point out that their compassion and assistance to the elderly (I use a walker) is irreplaceable. There is no other service in Tamp that can help me and I know because I searched for years before Taxi Tampa opened. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Always willing to go the extra mile.

Incredibly frustrating experience. Car seat request. I did not have a good experience. I reached out a few days ahead of my planned arrival to secure a car with car seat as I was traveling with my infant. I was quoted an amount and told to call when I arrive. I called upon my arrival where my flight got in 20m earlier which was great. I was told the car would arrive in 28m and sent the link to pay to confirm. The amount was far more expensive than what I was quoted a few days earlier. Every few minutes the arrival time delayed more and more. With an infant you can imagine how frustrating this became. Our ride came TWO hours later. There are limited options for a ride with car seat so I could not look elsewhere. Come to find out. Your company called an Uber. Had them go to your home to pick up the car seat THEN pick me up. This was incredibly frustrating experience and I am looking for a refund I hope to resolve for this inconvenience.
