When the ride share apps weren't… When the ride share apps weren't working state taxi got through and stayed with me after multiple driver cancellations in the dead of night, ultimately getting to my flight on time. I can’t say enough they were a great help!

Incredibly frustrating experience. Car seat request. I did not have a good experience. I reached out a few days ahead of my planned arrival to secure a car with car seat as I was traveling with my infant. I was quoted an amount and told to call when I arrive. I called upon my arrival where my flight got in 20m earlier which was great. I was told the car would arrive in 28m and sent the link to pay to confirm. The amount was far more expensive than what I was quoted a few days earlier. Every few minutes the arrival time delayed more and more. With an infant you can imagine how frustrating this became. Our ride came TWO hours later. There are limited options for a ride with car seat so I could not look elsewhere. Come to find out. Your company called an Uber. Had them go to your home to pick up the car seat THEN pick me up. This was incredibly frustrating experience and I am looking for a refund I hope to resolve for this inconvenience.

Highly recommended Very pleased with my States Taxi experience. Booking was easy and the driver arrived on time despite the very early morning pick up. Will use their services again!

Came much quicker than 13 minutes Came much quicker than 13 minutes. We had a bad experience with the rental car pickup location. Had to call taxi to get us to off site pickup. Camilo was friendly and found us on the other side of the airport area 😊

Request not followed Did not have a vehicle large enough for our party. We had to rely on the graciousness of a neighbor to take two of our passengers to the airport. Our instructions were clear and confirmed via text.
