Incredibly frustrating experience. Car seat request. I did not have a good experience. I reached out a few days ahead of my planned arrival to secure a car with car seat as I was traveling with my infant. I was quoted an amount and told to call when I arrive. I called upon my arrival where my flight got in 20m earlier which was great. I was told the car would arrive in 28m and sent the link to pay to confirm. The amount was far more expensive than what I was quoted a few days earlier. Every few minutes the arrival time delayed more and more. With an infant you can imagine how frustrating this became. Our ride came TWO hours later. There are limited options for a ride with car seat so I could not look elsewhere. Come to find out. Your company called an Uber. Had them go to your home to pick up the car seat THEN pick me up. This was incredibly frustrating experience and I am looking for a refund I hope to resolve for this inconvenience.

I reserved my ride from the hotel in…Kenner, LA. I reserved my ride from the hotel in Kenner, LA to Louis Armstrong Airport in New Orleans in March of 2023. Agent was super helpful. I confirmed and paid for the Taxi Service on May 12. I was notified about 15 minutes before my pick up time, and then again with Vehicle make/model, license number, and Driver name. Steven was very polite loaded my bags and off we ent. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
