Highly Recommend… Booked Elfie for a ride from Schipol airport to our hotel—family of 4. We were tired and an overwhelmed after our overnight flight and a bit confused about where to meet. Called the contact number and the customer service rep was amazing and called the driver and patched us through to talk to him. He told us where to meet and she stayed on the line until we found our driver. Driver was courteous and ride to our hotel was seamless. Van was spotless.

Great airport transfer service Great airport transfer service! Prompt pick-up, no waiting around, and clear instructions from our driver Victor Leon. He was friendly and knows how to communicate in English well. We were a bit surprised that cars in Mexico don't use air conditioning as much, but it's all good!
