E-Tickets Cirque du Soleil show mystere Hello, We bought e-tickets on your website for Le cirque du Soleil, Mystere. We have received nothing and we live tomorrow to USA (we are from France) but for the paiement, no problems!!! Right now on my bank account!! And i wrote you to have news, because no any news from you! no answer!! I'm very angry! it's not professionnal!! So we take the fly tomorrow morning and don't know if we will can assist to the show! i don't know what to do?? If i have to buy others tickets or not, to be sure that we will see it! Did not put my two tickets together I went online to order tickets to Michael Jackson One and they did not tell me that my husband and I would not be sitting together. Thankfully the box office fixed their problem but the gentlemen helping me order didn't mention this at all. Unacceptable.

Never again!!!!! Worst experince getting tocket from here ever!!i wish i can give negative stars!!!!! I got two tickets and accidentally picked the wrong date Which it happenes to be the same date i was purchsing tickets. so i found out less than 12hours after that the date was wrong. Contacted the service personnel and explain the situation. Forst of all, i didnt know kt was non refoundable or non exchangable which is total bs. Secondly, the service rep told me that since it was application error, it wouldnt be an issue and she made the extra note on it. Totally got embarrassed at the front desk!!!! Never again will i buy the tocket from this web site!!

Bad experience I was staying at the ceasar palace and decide to buy tickets for O cirque du Soleil. I was glad to do it simply by internet whit ticket counter. Ufortunately I buy the tickets 146 $ instead of the reel price of the 118$. it would have been cheaper just walk to the box office. I was very disapointed. Bad experience. Never buy tickets with this site anymore.
