Average I didnt receive any email confirming my purchase and therefore I had to call to make sure that my reservation was made. The person who helped me was very kind, but now I am worried that I wouldnt get good seats since this web page doesnt provide with specific seat numbers. I picked section B and now I have to go 24 hours before show time to secure good seats in this section. That causes great stress to me. I didnt know I wouldnt get seat number when I bought the tickets.

Bad experience I was staying at the ceasar palace and decide to buy tickets for O cirque du Soleil. I was glad to do it simply by internet whit ticket counter. Ufortunately I buy the tickets 146 $ instead of the reel price of the 118$. it would have been cheaper just walk to the box office. I was very disapointed. Bad experience. Never buy tickets with this site anymore.

I got two tickets and accidentally picked the wrong date Which it happenes to be the same date i was purchsing tickets. so i found out less than 12hours after that the date was wrong. Contacted the service personnel and explain the situation. Forst of all, i didnt know kt was non refoundable or non exchangable which is total bs. Secondly, the service rep told me that since it was application error, it wouldnt be an issue and she made the extra note on it. Totally got embarrassed at the front desk!!!! Never again will i buy the tocket from this web site!!

I was double charged. I tried to purchase tickets for Tournament of Kings in Las Vegas on the 4th. The site told me my purchase wasn't going through, so I purchased them through another site. I looked at my account the next day and saw Ticket Counter charged me twice. I called the contact number to cancel the charges. I'm still waiting for my refund.

1st time user My major complaint is that you can't choose your seat or even see where you will be sitting exactly. I think this is important to know exactly where you sit not just a general idea, especially when you spend over $100 per ticket. I didn't like how it a voucher you received after your purchase was official, on top of that, the tickets are non refundable even though you have no real idea where you sitting until you get to will call box office to get the actual ticket. And even when you get to the will call you don't even get to choose where you get to sit! Horrible setup! Most likely, I won't use this site again!
