A Complete Rip Off I ordered 4 tickets for my family to see cirque du soleil LOVE and assumed I would bet assigned seats. NOT TRUE it's first come first seat and there is no guarantee that my children will be able to sit with me. I attempted to call your costumer service and was hung up on four time and put on hold three times and no one ever came back. On the fourth time I called I was told that my request will now be brought up to cooperate to see if that can refund my purchase. I am now going to contact my credit card company to have the charge stopped.

Terrible Customer Service Over the Phone (use email instead) I accidently booked the wrong date for some Cirque du Soleil tickets and the customer service to get them changed was awful. When I called the first time, I had to hang up after 25 minutes of waiting for someone to answer the call. On my second try at a call, the person I spoke to spent 5 minutes trying to find my record in her system repeatedly asking me for different types of information. Finally, after I got to ask my question, I was told that they could not change the date on my tickets even though there was no price change involved. I asked to speak to a manager and got the same response. Eventually this supervisor said that she would call the box office to see if this was possible. She then had me call the box office and they had no problem at all changing the date! The one great thing is that I did also send an email with my question and the woman who responded was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a customer service related question, you should definitely not call! Email this company!

A Solid Company with good options for tickets I stayed in Las vegas at Planet Hollywood and worked with the Diamond concierge to buy tickets to Michael Jackson ONE through Ticket Counter. They recommended Ticket Counter and I found, unlike other online brokers, their tickets were not ridiculously marked up. They are working closely with the Vegas show box offices to ensure good seat availability options, where you know specifically where you are sitting. (When you buy from the ticket office, the show you a seat map - this map is on the online ticket counter site and you should pay attention if you want to know your specific seats.) This was a fabulous show and would recommend this company as a ticket source for any show!

My experience I had no problem booking tickets for 2 Las Vegas shows in early Aug. When we arrived at will call the night of the first show they did not have our tickets. I had my confirmation with me and showed it to the person helping me they took it to their manager. After about 15 min they gave us our tickets and told us that Ticketcounter had not called our order in. We had paid for upgraded seats and ended up with not very good seats because they did not call. Went to the next show the following night same exact thing. We spent over 700.00 on 4 tickets. I will never use Ticketcounter again.

Never again!!!!! Worst experince getting tocket from here ever!!i wish i can give negative stars!!!!! I got two tickets and accidentally picked the wrong date Which it happenes to be the same date i was purchsing tickets. so i found out less than 12hours after that the date was wrong. Contacted the service personnel and explain the situation. Forst of all, i didnt know kt was non refoundable or non exchangable which is total bs. Secondly, the service rep told me that since it was application error, it wouldnt be an issue and she made the extra note on it. Totally got embarrassed at the front desk!!!! Never again will i buy the tocket from this web site!!
