• We booked a room at the Delta Hotels… • We booked a room at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Edmonton Centre Suites for the Roger Waters concert. When the concert was cancelled (due to COVID) both Delta and Reservations told us "too bad". Use the room for the day you booked. No refund, no credit, just triple the regular room rate due to it being a concert day. Delta pocketed $434 for one night and Hotel Reservations.com pocketed their fee. • We travel a lot so going forward, I will never book through Hotel Reservations.com. I have cut up my Marriott rewards card and plan to never stay at one of their hotels again.

Wish I would have read the small print Wish I would have read the small print. Thought I was booking directly with the Canadian hotel. I was quoted 140 CAD per night plus taxes, which was the hotels direct booking rate. It turned out the quoted rate was in USD and I was charged an extra 40 USD for God knows what. Very disappointed and I will go out of my way to avoid this company in the future.

Made us think we were talking directly … Made us think we were talking directly to hotel. Never mention their real name. Never received a confirmation to email we gave them. Over charged from regular hotel rate plus extra $15 on credit card. Never had a phone number to complain to until we received our credit card statement. What a joke. Real scammers. So sad for older people. Shame, shame.

This company is a scam This company is a scam , doubling the price of hotels you think your talking to. I was charged on my card 505 dollars for room and when I checked in the price was actually only 258 dollars. I have been trying to get a refund for over a week and can not get anyone to return my calls or email

They led me to believe I was talking to… They led me to believe I was talking to the motel reservation front desk and then charged me over $400 in fees to book my room. I called a second time not to get a room but to find out if they indicated they were the motel’s front desk. When I asked if I was talking to the hotel there reply was yes this is hotel reservation. Very unprofessional and plain out dishonest.
