I was quoted 140 CAD per night plus taxes, which was the hotels direct booking rate. It turned out the quoted rate was in USD and I was charged an extra 40 USD for God knows what. Very disappointed and I will go out of my way to avoid this company in the future.

DO NOT USE!!! Booked wrong hotel, charged $62 over reservation, never sent email confirmation, could not be reached to resolve, contact had little command of the English language, hotel refused to give me a receipt. Fortunately, I have USAA bank so they reversed the charges...now they can chase me down to collect the right charges. USE this site at great risk!

Fraudulent/Unauthorized Charges to CC prior to hotel check-in I made a reservation through reservations.com and was charged other charges that were not authorized on my credit card prior to checking into the hotel. There was no invoice or explanation for the additional charges. The charge for the hotel room booking was separate and agreed to. Both charges appeared on my credit card prior to checking into the hotel. I'm disputing the charge and taking this to media.

Over charged from regular hotel rate plus extra $15 on credit card. Never had a phone number to complain to until we received our credit card statement. What a joke. Real scammers.
