GBDO NOT USE CTRIP Ctrip is a disgrace, I’ve used it a lot as I live in China. However I will never use it again. Flights that are listed, continuously show no tickets available once you get through to the paying page, even worse if you are flying with a Chinese national. Different flights are available to different people at different prices. Please save your self time and money and use a more honest platform.

AUWhat a bunch of criminals What a bunch of criminals. Totally dishonest and corrupt. Threatening to call police if I do t withdraw my hold payment claim. I booked a ticket. They didn’t sent by email to confirm so I missed the flight. They didn’t want to know about it so I contacted credit card company and asked them to withhold payment. Then I got threading phone calls at 2 am.

KHBeyond a joke. Beyond a joke. It's like their customer service department is a guy sat in his boxers having a laugh. Booked a flight with them without being given the option of adding baggage. Didn't have a choice but to book said flight anyway because of unforeseen volcano cirmcumstances. Contact them to add a bag and they're just like 'nah, bye'. I hope this company dissolves into nothing leaving a load of unemployable individuals on the losing side of a battle with karma.

ZWThis is the worst company ever and… This is the worst company ever and should literally shut down. Please do not use their services. They are swindlers, unhelpful and get away from offering real assistance by going back and forth with a client. My brother's flight from Wuhan to Shanghai was canceled last minute. He eas unable to connect to the rest of his trip. Now they want him to buy a ridiculously expensive ticket and will not give him the full refund. He is about to become an illegal migrant in China because of this. This happened on the 11th of July. Up to now, no solution. What an inconvenience. I strongly recommend that you ti not use Ctrip. Pathetic service.

ESAs another persons saids the worse… As another persons saids the worse company ever; I had a bad experience experience with the chatbot or automatically answer from the system; made us to waste time and money. Customer service kindly but don’t solve a thing; just wash out the hands and don’t care of anything; “you can contact directly with the airline to get better answers” no I payed to your company you should solve the problem. Really awful.
