Oversold flight - dreadful communication, no compensation We were scheduled to fly to Qatar via Istanbul. Due to Pegasus’s shameless profiteering they had oversold the flight by 9 seats. My wife and I were unlucky and told we could not fly meaning we also missed our connection. We were put on a later flight to Istanbul and had a 24 hour stop over before our revised connection (compared to a c.3 hour stop on our original flight). At Stansted we were told we would be given accommodation at the other end given the overnight delay. Upon landing in Istanbul past 11pm we found the Pegasus hotel desk closed and the ticketing staff refused to help and so we were forced to find and pay out for a hotel ourselves. The following day we were also not provided with any support or meal tokens for use in the airport. This happened 3 weeks ago and we are yet to hear from Pegasus about the compensation we are owed as per their own terms and conditions in this scenario. In summary: 1. Pegasus prevented us from taking our 2 scheduled flights due to overselling flights 2. Pegasus failed to provide us substitute accommodation even though the replacement flights caused us to be delayed by 24 hours and we were stranded in a foreign city overnight 3. Pegasus have failed to provide the owed compensation and reimbursement for incurred costs 4. Pegasus have not even had the decency to be in touch about the matter or to apologise despite us providing all of the required receipts and evidence alongside the claim

Not looking good and I am about to fly… Not looking good and I am about to fly with this airline.. Why aren't there any answers or explaining from Pegasus staff on the posts her?? I will opdate this post soon

Never again. Worst airline. Despite been warned I took the chance and travelled with Pagasus only because I had to travel in emergency and no other flights were available. I have not seen any staff more rude than Pagasuss staff. Rudeness starts as soon as you hand over your luggage. It continues during flight. No food served. No drinks. Not even water. You have to buy your food. No entertainment. No screen. Even if you buy a drink, it will be served after good one or two hours , despite continuous reminders. The real horrors start when you land in Istanbul and they completely stop owning you. When ask for help they are useless and very very rude. Shouted at my wife and called her names in Turkish language. We missed our flight due to them and had to buy another one for 1500 pounds which was the next day. Othe passengers lost their luggage. Other passengers complained that their flight left 40 minutes earlier without them being informed. They missed their flight too. Every passenger had some issue. It was the worst day of my life. Never again!!!!!

baggage lost, they don't care baggage lost. they don't take any action to get my baggage back. just a whole lot of sorry talk

NEVER FLY PEGASUS ! NEVER FLY PEGASUS ! Terrible customer service, the broke my suitcase on the way out, lost all my luggage on the way back, broke my toddlers buggy , travelling as a single dad with 2 kids they gave ZERO help. The food on the plane is awful, air hostesses are rude, delay after delay with no communication Not even a food or drinks voucher for me and my children. The check in staff are unhelpful, rude and I will never fly PGS again
