I left and I am no longer a choice… I left and I am no longer a choice privileges member after 25 years and I should have left sooner. Mostly substandard motels and choice takes their side in all disputes. Do not give this company the time of day go elsewhere anywhere

Ill be changing hotels … This company went from my favorite to my absolute nightmare. I stayed long enough to become a Dimond member then the hotel I was staying at while my house was being built went from 12,000 points to 20,000, it's a 2 star hotel also in dollar amount that 248 a nite . I think I'll be changing hotels thanks choice

Sleep Inn & Suites near Westchase/West Houston I stayed at a Sleep Inn & Suites near Westchase. For the price, it was fantastic. I noticed the booth couches in the lobby were worn, so at first I was concerned that things would be run down, but those seats were the last of the issues. The room was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was appropriate for the price as well, and I was delighted by the Texas-shaped waffle maker.

Deceptive advertisements I have been a customer for many years but never applied for their Choice Privileges Master Card (Wells Fargo). There was a advertisement incentive to apply for the card to get $100 back while I was doing the current reservation. That did not happen. I finally got the email confirmation 3 days later after I called them. The card would not arrive via mail before my weekend stay so I won't get credit for the stay because I won't have the CC to use it during check in. The suggested advertisement seemed to make you think you was going to get the $100 credit on the current reservation you are making. I reserved the room with another CC and called them to try to get the CC information so I can use it when I check in but they couldn't provide that on the phone call.

The manager Taylor at comfort inn at… The manager Taylor at comfort inn at Vancouver mall was a super sweet and helpful lady. Karina was also A very helpful front desk lady. Helped me with a smile every time. Everything in my room was clean and organized. Very pleasant stay.
