GBThe Sleep Inn & Suites in Evergreen The Sleep Inn & Suites in Evergreen, Alabama needs some TLC, and fast. It needs a thorough cleaning and more personable front desk help. We would have left, but had driven all day and basically showered and slept. Start by cleaning that elevator, folks!!! GROSS!!

GBtheir promotions are scams their promotions are scams. The current one "stay 2 nights and get a 3rd for free". They refuse to credit points for 72 hours after the second stay -- when most people are back home. The limited promotion ensures no one will collect. We fell for this scam and want to warn others.

GBNever book a choice hotel chain Never book a choice hotel chain! Worst customer service, not helpful. None of their hotels have good reviews, all hotels are dirty and low quality. They don’t care about customers feed back or take complaints seriously.

GBI left and I am no longer a choice… I left and I am no longer a choice privileges member after 25 years and I should have left sooner. Mostly substandard motels and choice takes their side in all disputes. Do not give this company the time of day go elsewhere anywhere

GBThe reviews cannot be real The reviews cannot be real. I have been a member of Choice Hotels many years. Please make sure the rating is 4 stars or close as possible or the hotels at least in the DMV area will not be nice. I even found several needles in the bathroom in Baltimore. In staying at the Quality Inn 801E Parham. Booked two nights but was scared to stay 2nd. Saw glass in the parking lot in a.m. that looked like someones car window was broken. If you are looking for a decent room in this chain you probally need to pay very close to $200 a nite no matter what the reviews say. Leave yourself time to switch rooms, location etc. I have been disappointed many times, and more lately. I used to think it was just the Econolodges. Affordable should not be scary.
