Absolutely horrible chain of hotels Absolutely horrible chain of hotels. They treat their customers terribly. I hope you other customers out there never have an issue with 1 of your hotel stays because if you do, you're completely out of luck with these clowns...

Rip off stay away just use them to book… Rip off stay away just use them to book a hotel with a payment plan I noticed that my first payment didn't come out I call choice and they assured me that it was not a issue and it will be fine long story short after paying for the whole hotel at checkout I ask why to hotel apparently choicehotel screw things up and I end up paying alot more than the amount that was said choice tried to say the hotel reimbursed yeah for the parking I paid for on a different card now I send screenshots to each of each transaction still they feel they aren't liable and hotel but the hotel charge me for parking and they reimburse me on top of that they said parking was supposed to be included in the package so what price did these f***kers give me and the crazy thing is I call them ask them on the phone for hrs and y'all assured that everything is okay Luckily I had money that I saved that I was using to buy a care in the future for my eldest go to college guess I have to start over I hope they go out of business

Not only are their hotels quite dismal, the staff is rude Not only are their hotels quite dismal, but the people who are employed by them are just downright nasty. I have stayed at this particular hotel several times since it is near a relative's home. I was asked to leave feedback and when I gave my honest opinion, I was told it wasn't up to their standards! Lol, well neither are their hotels. Be discerning folks and choose another brand. There are many hotels out there who will be glad to accommodate you, and TREAT you with RESPECT. I will pay more in the future to get respectful treatment.

Worst hotel company I have ever had the… Worst hotel company I have ever had the displeasure of staying at, absolutely filthy rooms, worst customer service ever, staff are very ignorant and rude, the entire hotel smells terrible, the walls and carpets are covered in filth, bedsheets weren't washed, the windows were broken, someone's van was stolen from the from the supposedly secure car park and the staff didn't care because it's likely they were.involved, other review sites show more than 20 vans have been stolen from their car park in the last 5 years which is very suspect, quite obvious the staff were involved.

The manager Taylor at comfort inn at… The manager Taylor at comfort inn at Vancouver mall was a super sweet and helpful lady. Karina was also A very helpful front desk lady. Helped me with a smile every time. Everything in my room was clean and organized. Very pleasant stay.
