GBDO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! I booked a condo in Orlando ONCE in 2018 and they have been calling me relentlessly ever since - FOR SIX YEARS. I’ve asked them repeatedly to lose my number and they continue to harass me. Pay a little more and book with literally anyone else. I’m at the point of changing my number because the calls will not stop. I feel like I have a stalker ex boyfriend that refuses to let go. WE ARE NEVER EVER EVER GETTING BACK TOGETHER!

GBDiamond Resorts under a Hilton Grand… Diamond Resorts under a Hilton Grand Vacation flag is engaging in misleading and manipulative practices that have cost our family thousands of dollars. We anticipate we are not alone in this regard. We wrote to the President of the company for relief and have been met with nothing but emails with “convenient” ways to pay for what we don’t want. A product that is grossly overpriced and misrepresented. The “Transitions program” requires that you pay for the privilege of being released from future payments by paying off the contract in full. Well, we say, roll it back to the original contract, and be grateful for what we paid. Their entire structure is built around if it’s not working you must need MORE POINTS. If it is working, then you need MORE POINTS. Each time we balked at spending more money, the sales agents would sweeten the deal. At one point we mentioned how we wanted to take our girls to Hawaii, which we were told was easily doable. We were told that this vacation would only cost us points and absolutely no money out of our pockets. Later, when we attempted to book this trip, we discovered that we had to pay out of pocket for the flights–we were told this wouldn’t happen and that our points would cover flights and rental car. Since our trip to Hawaii, our youngest daughter–who had been battling an auto-immune disease–was also diagnosed with arthritis. This has put an immense financial and emotional strain on our family. We have repeatedly tried to contact Diamond to explain our hardship, but this has been impossible since the merger between Diamond and Hilton. Our family comes first, and we have been severely misled about the cost and benefits associated with our timeshare contract. This has become too much to bear for us and we are seeking a swift resolution in the form of our contract being terminated.

GBI paid for 3 night package I paid for 3 night package. Have had a medical emergency come up and needed to reschedule time for my stay. Tried contacting for 2 days. Finally on 2nd day after waiting for 45 minutes I talked to Shauna. Was short and pointed with me that I would have to forfeit my payment and could not reschedule. Once answered call lasted 30 seconds. Horrible customer service. Blessing in disguise that I will not but a timeshare with Hilton Grand Vacations. Diamond Resort. They don't understand who the customer is. Stay away!

ESOutside it all looks very glamorous Outside it all looks very glamorous. The resort is full of aggressive women who are very big in their mouths. My experience is based on receptionists that seem very friendly, but as soon as you ring the bell more than once you are threatened with being kicked out of your apartment. Crazy women run the resorts. Watch out for jumping in the pool after night hours, security guards are very serious people :D
