( tracing your money back from your financial institutions, spend endless times to following dispute). Why not use other reputable travel company like Webjet or Flight Centre for peace of mind.

Tripomate SCAMMERS What a scam, booked flights in April 2023, 1 day before I fly out (1 Nov 23) your ticket is non existant with the carrier. Carrier told me my ticket was cancelled in May! This was probably done by Tripomate and they keep your money. No answers on phone, email, even their fake booking email confirmation has different address to google maps. Stay away from these scamsters

TripoMate is one platform that I’ve… TripoMate is one platform that I’ve been consistently using to send my team members for their on-site web development projects. While I get the amount reimbursed, there’s never been a hiccup in booking for either their flights or stays, or even both for that matter. Earlier, this process used to take up a lot of time, hopping from one portal to another, but now it’s all sorted out for the best, with the best.

SCAMMERS!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!! Booked flights through sky scanner and immediatly they asked for more money to pay for bagge that was supposed to be included. We then went on there website only to find fake address and phone numbers. I have since learnt skyscanner does no due diligence what so ever in recommending flight agents. I hope someone will read this and not make the same mistakes. Very expensive lesson

I am so happy ☺️ Tripomate has a lot of things going in its favour, but its support team is one of the most sorted ones that I’ve encountered in a long, long time. They’re very aware of what’s needed and what’s going to take extra time and this just comes together with too much impact.
