NZWE LOST $2500 DOLLARS!!!!!! WE LOST $2500 DOLLARS!!!!!! IF ANYONE ON HERE WOULD LIKE TO FORM A GROUP TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THESE UNSCRUPULOUS CHARACTERS PLEASE CALL ME! JASON 021 981 559 My partner booked a ticket to South America providing his passport details. Company got his name wrong and ticket was voided! We investigated the company and they had bogus offices in Wynyard Quarter. On further investigation we found the directors residential address: Rashmi Choudhary 1/47 Micheals Avenue Ellerslie 1051 Auckland New Zealand She was very surprised when we turned up at her front door! Any of you may like to pay her a visit yourself! We noticed she put up a large security gate after our visit though! We ended up taking them to small claims court but unfortunately any agreement online that is clicked on is final even though they were in the wrong. The judicator ruled in their favor and we lost everything. I would like to take this matter further so anyone wishing to bring this scurrilous organization to task please contact me and we can go through legal processes to retrieve our losses. Jason

AUHi fellow travelers, Hi fellow travelers, This travel agent is crook. To do business mean you will get into a terrible experience. ( tracing your money back from your financial institutions, spend endless times to following dispute). Why not use other reputable travel company like Webjet or Flight Centre for peace of mind.

NZGOT MY MONEY BACK!! Purchased the ticket on June and just like what other experienced mine appeared to be scam as well. It makes me very angry to see other Kiwi are experience same thing.. But for those of you who are upset and stressed about the whole situation I opened a dispute with my bank (ANZ) and got my money back.. it took me 3 months but better than nothing!
