NZBooked a ticket last 26th of July but… Booked a ticket last 26th of July but got no email confirmation. My card was charged. I tried contacting them several times but got no response. Even trying to call all their numbers but it says invalid. Can anyone help me? I would appreciate if you can provide me the best way to contact them.

NZWARNING! Read the reviews!! Oh wow! I read through all the reviews and thank you for warning us about this site. I almost booked a flight with them today. I tried to contact them several times to check my itinerary and all calls went through the voice machine. I was suspicious about this site as they offered almost 50% discount compared to the official airline. Judging by how they reply to their customer's reviews UNPROFESSIONALLY, it doesn't look like they are a well-established travel provider. The address they used was also a residential address which is another big red flag.

GBI a so happy Tripomate has a lot of things going in its favour, but its support team is one of the most sorted ones that I’ve encountered in a long, long time. They’re very aware of what’s needed and what’s going to take extra time and this just comes together with too much impact.

NZGOT MY MONEY BACK!! Purchased the ticket on June and just like what other experienced mine appeared to be scam as well. It makes me very angry to see other Kiwi are experience same thing.. But for those of you who are upset and stressed about the whole situation I opened a dispute with my bank (ANZ) and got my money back.. it took me 3 months but better than nothing!
