DKThank you but no The algorithm that the the website used in unable to track and update the specific details of some airlines. When we purchased tickets we had 3 connections with 3 different airlines and it was told that a hand luggage is included for every trip. Witch was not true as some companies require you to buy special package for hand luggage, so we had to pay additional fee at the airport....the check in was a mess. I know they try to make it as easy as possible but at the end of the day it is just confusing.

GBDO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY Reservation FFU4A Flights where cancelled because of the Covid19. Supposed to fly on March 13th for the 6nations in Italy. Still to this day I'm awaiting my refund!!! Tell me the same thing on email every month 'unprecedented refunds to get through' blah blah blah. Now had to take it up with my bank to get them to force them to pay up. Also added part of the reference just to see if they respond any differently. Guess i will just keep waiting

ITDO NOT BUY FROM THIS AGENCY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AGENCY! I am waiting for my refund (about 600 €) for 1YEAR!!!!!! From what I see many others are in my same situation. Customer service initally told me that the refund was being processed and should have been ready in max 90 days. After 3 moths, nothing. I started with sollicitations, they started using excuses as the high volume of requests and bla bla bla. Last month after my umpteeth request I received a mail saying how sorry they are for my situation but, again, cause the high volume of refund requests, they CANNOT GIVE ME ANY DEADLINE TO HAVE MY MONEY BACK!!!!! This is ridicolus, they just hope that customers give up in cront of their non-cooperation and dishonesty. For sure I'll take legal actions.

DKThey gave me wrong boarding passes They gave me wrong boarding passes. That was of course stressful and annoying. But what made things much worse was this cocky, smarty-pants attitude that this company puts on. You never want someone to be "funny" when they've messed up your order. It was infuriating to listen to the automated phone voice going on about little obnoxious and sexual word plays, when there is an issue where they've made a mistake. You just want them to speak to you normally - and respectfully. Please, Flyhacks, change this stupid persona you've made for yourselves. Nobody thinks you're clever or funny.
