The people at Alaska Cruises went above… The people at Alaska Cruises went above and beyond to help us reserve 4 adjoining rooms and worked hard to make a discounted rate apply to them all. Our first two room bookings completed the allotted discounts that were available. They made our group trip possible.

Sherief is amazing! I felt I bombarded our agent, Sherief, with a million questions (and I still have more!) as we are in the early phase of having finally secured arrangements. She had answers for them all and, additionally, has volunteered so much information. In every interaction she has been extremely pleasant, patient and fun. She has made it feel as though I’m talking with a friend, all the while maintaining an air of professionalism. If there’s another cruise in our future, I’ll be calling Sherief!

Poor communication Poor communication. They do not contact you at all prior to final payment being due, they want you to lose your deposit. In fact you will get nothing from them after your initial confirmation emails. Horrible business practices.

Despite calls to customer service department, charges for a "travel insurance" that I did not sign up for were charged to my credit card. Calls to customer service department result in no results. Despite one call with the request for the URL for online-check in, I did not receive the promised email reply. Despite two calls that I do not accept to be automatically billed for a "trip insurance" for which I have not signed up for, the amount for the insurance was automatically added to the price of the cruise and charged to my credit card. I would not deal with this company, who's business practices seem tricky and need to be carefully checked, for any other business.

No pressure, lots of useful info , great suggestions and sincere concern for my requests. Their price was very competitive , special offers at this time money saving and trip choices abundant . I would definatley recomend Alaska Cruises and William
