Terrible service Terrible service, no return calls upon request and uncaring booking agent after she got the booking. What a joke: The agent promised that Trisha would call me, but she NEVER called until my posting. Even then, it appears someone called ONCE but did not leave a message. Funny how others can leave messages because the mailbox is not full.

The people at Alaska Cruises went above… The people at Alaska Cruises went above and beyond to help us reserve 4 adjoining rooms and worked hard to make a discounted rate apply to them all. Our first two room bookings completed the allotted discounts that were available. They made our group trip possible.

Confusion and Bad Feedback Initially flood you with more information than one needs Some times not to clear in explanations. When requesting clarifications not a full answer as they pay little attention to detail Did not list us as seniors. Initially assigned us to one stateroom with 4 persons occupying it . We had that changed. Then they assigned us "Dining Table Size2" whatever that means (not clear) however we are 4 persons. Frankley, of all the oher cruises we have taken (including 2 with the same Holland American Line) this has been the most frustrating -- sine all others had been straight forward.

Poor communication Poor communication. They do not contact you at all prior to final payment being due, they want you to lose your deposit. In fact you will get nothing from them after your initial confirmation emails. Horrible business practices.

Website not user friendly Website not user friendly. Couldn’t get it to book online. When I called customer service, she couldn’t find my saved itinerary. Finally got a booking. Customer service rep was friendly and helpful.
