Customer Service is not so great I took one star away because when I called the number they had for a reduced flight. Person on the phone was very rude and did not have enough info. Otherwise no issues.

My only concern is the number of "up sell" items that are thrown at you as you move along the booking process. It is not always clear precisely what these extra fees actually cover, and it can be very easy to over pay for a ticket by adding services that are not needed or wanted. That aside, it was quick, simple and economical.
