I love the fares offered and the ease… I love the fares offered and the ease of selection, however i have been trying for 2 days to contact customer service pertaining to an error on my reservations which i fear will prohibit us from our travels. I have attempted to make corrections via the BOT, texts phone calls and emails with no avail. Extremely difficult to get obtain actual support.

Worst customer care I ever experience.. Worst in Date change and cancelltion... They don't have competent authorised responsible customer care executive who really care and cooperate needy customer... I don't finds any advantage which customer care centre are running right now by The Budget air. Com sight are having right now.

Customer Service is not so great I took one star away because when I called the number they had for a reduced flight. Person on the phone was very rude and did not have enough info. Otherwise no issues.
