My only concern is the number of "up sell" items that are thrown at you as you move along the booking process. It is not always clear precisely what these extra fees actually cover, and it can be very easy to over pay for a ticket by adding services that are not needed or wanted. Immediately after receiving my confirmation, I contacted you to tell you the flight was wrong as it had me leaving on August 7 returning August . I had my friend who travels around the world check my selection of July 31st to August 7th. I tried speaking to you and the person I spoke to basically told me I screwed up and he would not help me. Too bad for me. I did not screw up, I want my $879.92 back. You made the mistake not me and I called you within 2 minutes of seeing the error. All airlines allow for a change if there is an error even with a no refund policy. I intend to take this to a higher authority if you do not fix the error. Vi have made other flight arrangements with a different airline.
