CATotally disappointed and money wasted I booked ticket for next week, but i had to change ticket as soon as possible because my grandfather died. I tried to change date but when i put my card for payment, it say error again and again. I tried to find contact details but didn’t find any call number There is AI chat box but that is not helpful because you cannot ask anything I sent a mail but it said it will take 5 days to respond like what, i need emergency date within 1 day but it takes 5 days to reply mail Totally disappointed. I have buy ticket again and my money is totally wasted on first ticket. I will never use BookingAir website again in my life.

GBGood experience but 1 issue Good experience but 1 issue. Ticket should be issue instantly. Online ticket should give confirmation as soon u put them online. That’s the why online ticketing works. I don’t keno why this website says ticket will be issue within 23-72hrs after purchasing. What if u can’t confirm the ticket after 24hr. Who is responsible if I try to buy ticket again after 24hr. So this part needed to be improve. As soon u purchase. Ticket must be issue instantly.

GBQuick and easy, but know what you need The booking process was simple and relatively easy. My only concern is the number of "up sell" items that are thrown at you as you move along the booking process. It is not always clear precisely what these extra fees actually cover, and it can be very easy to over pay for a ticket by adding services that are not needed or wanted. That aside, it was quick, simple and economical.
