Quality of Service I have spoken to travellers who have booked through an agent using Ratehawk. Ratehawk and the hotel confirms booking and payment. On the day of check in booking is shown as cancelled and clients need to wait or make a booking and pay and wait for agent to resolve with Ratehawk. Seems service is dropping

Non existent company that I have… Non existent company that I have reported for fraud. Once payment has been made they are not contactable. Dont request formal account confirmation as they've managed to create very legitimate looking bank letters.

Not a trustworthy company. They claim they are not part of Russia but they are. Not US based! Beware! This is a Russian company. It’s actually Emerging travel. This company is NOT based in US like they claim. Their US address is a virtual office. Credit card payments will not go through and bookings will be canceled. They will say it’s a security thing and you will get a confirmation but the hotel won’t have your room! The service is horrible! Don’t use this company!

Good rates Found their prices quite reasonable. The customer service team is quite helpful as well

Years ago when Ratehawk was offering… Years ago when Ratehawk was offering their platform we were skeptycal as we were very satisfied with other providers but after another travel agency showed me all the advantages of the platform I agreed to give it a try. Never regreted that decision and now we use Ratehawk almost exclusively. Booking engine is super easy to use and compared to other platforms there are so many different and very useful filters + pre-checking is done in hotels in order to avoid any problems at the arrival of the clients. Very few issues we ever had has been handled quickly by the support team or account manager who always does her best to get everything sorted asap. We definitely recommend Ratehawk as a B2B partner.
